The Brigade has horrible punishments and strict codes. The Brigade is a menace to us all.

Stranger: Yes. But my guardian is far past the age of 21, so they are free to live their life.

Stranger: Yes, but it's terribly hard to escape the Brigade. Most people do not make it.
